Zvika Yochman
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Zvi has over 20 years experience in managing and consulting to major Israeli companies. Prior to SKY (which he founded together with Nir Dagan), he was the co-founder and managing partner of Swary-Yochman Ltd responsible for business and management consulting, building and implementing recovery plans and creditors settlements. He has also acted as a trustee in many complex cases.
Zvi has served and serves as the chairman and/or board member in many of Israel’s leading companies and Sky's portfolio companies.
Zvi also lectures at the Hebrew University’s Business School in the field of Finance and distressed companies. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, an L.L.B and an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and he is a licensed CPA (Israel).
Nir Dagan
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Together with Zvi Yochman, Nir founded SKY in 2005, bringing his broad experience in managing and consulting to many of Israel‘s leading companies. Nir serves as chairman and/or board member at most of Sky's portfolio companies.
Prior to founding SKY, Nir was a partner at Swary-Yochman Ltd., where he handled many complicated recovery plans and creditors settlements.
Nir holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MA in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed CPA (Israel).
Amir Erben
Senior Partner
Amir has over 15 years experience in private equity and corporate finance. Amir serves as a board member of Sky's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SKY, he was a Partner at KPMG in charge of corporate finance in Israel, leading a group of 15 professionals in local and cross border engagements.
Amir has taught several finance-related courses at Tel Aviv University’s Business School. Amir holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed CPA (Israel).
Zion Agiv
Partner, CFO
Zion joined SKY at its inception and is responsible for the investors relations as well as the fund’s financial, tax and accounting matters.
Prior to SKY, Zion worked for two years at an accounting firm, primarily auditing private companies’ financial statements.
Zion is a lecturer in accounting at Ruppin Academic Center and Ono Academic College business schools. Zion holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin College and an MBA from the Hebrew University and is a licensed CPA (Israel).
Liat Benyamini
Partner
Liat joined SKY at its inception and is responsible for reviewing new investment opportunities and for ongoing portfolio management. She also serves as a board member of Sky's portfolio companies.
Prior to SKY, Liat served as a senior business consultant at Swary-Yochman Ltd. Previously she worked on the Israel desk at PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Capital Markets Group.
Liat was a faculty member at the Leon Recanati School of Management at Tel Aviv University, where she taught several courses in financial accounting. Liat holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Operations Research and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and she is a licensed CPA (Israel).
Maytal Heller
Partner
Maytal has over 10 years experience in private equity and financial advisory. Maytal is involved with investment analysis and ongoing portfolio management. She also serves as a board member of Sky's portfolio companies.
Prior to Sky, Maytal worked as a senior business analyst at Giza Singer Even, one of Israel's largest financial advisory and investment banking firm. Previously she worked in the finance department at Genesis Partners, a leading Israeli VC.
Maytal holds a BA in business administration and economics from Tel Aviv University.
Lior Fleishman
Partner
Lior is involved with investment analysis and ongoing portfolio management.
Prior to sky, Lior worked as an investment professional for Shiraz Investment, a family owned private equity (family office). Prior to Shiraz, Lior worked as a manager in Giza Singer Even, a leading financial advisory firm.
Lior holds a BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion university (Cum Laude) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Einat Barkan
Office Manager
Einat is Sky’s office manager, overseeing the daily operations and providing essential assistance to the fund's analysts and principals. Einat also serves as Executive Assistant to Zvi and Nir, supporting the General Partners' needs.
Einat received a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
Eynav Doron
Office Manager
Eynav is Sky’s office manager, overseeing the daily operations and providing essential assistance to the fund's analysts and principals.
Eynav received a BA in Design from HIT.
